This is a multi-family residential property where we installed #15 Felt (15 lb) underlayment and algae-resistant 25 year 3-Tab fiberglass asphalt shingle by CertainTeed™. All shingles we install are Miami-Dade County, Florida 110 mph wind tested and approved. Also, self adhered granular surface, modified bitumen membrane and metal drip edge, counter flashing.
