Project Description:
We removed the old roof. Then inspected the wood decking and replaced damaged or deteriorated roof sheathing as needed. We installed Ice & Water Shield underlayment in valleys, low slope areas, penetrations, and flashing locations. Installed new aluminum drip edge flashing at eaves and rakes as well as CertainTeed™ Swift Start 7” universal starter shingles on all eaves and rakes. Customer chose CertainTeed™ Landmark Pro Max Def Weathered Wood architectural shingle roofing with a lifetime limited warranty, architectural shingle roofing. The install included approx. 80 linear feet of CertainTeed™ Filtered Ridge Vent.
