For this new construction home and detached garage, we installed a 24-gauge standing seam SentriClad metal roof system in their Slate Gray color in 16” wide panels and 1.5” tall snap lock seams. The color and style of the roof both compliment and contrast with the home’s white farmhouse style exterior. In addition to being attractive, the metal has a 20-year Kynar paint finish and 30 year warranty. To complete the home’s look, we installed our own proprietary Rapid Rain gutter system in 5” x .032 textured aluminum and 3” x 4” x .025” textured aluminum downspouts in white, to blend into the home’s primary color.
