Commercial flat roof replacement and metal for copper dome installation

Installed in 2014, this was an R-30 insulation installed over the entire metal decking with 1/2″‘ per foot tapered insulation at cricket areas to divert water to drains. Installed a Firestone 60 mil Ultra-Ply TPO membrane over the entire roof. Membrane was fully adhered and ran up over parapet walls. We installed walk pads from roof entry to mechanical units and installed a Bilco S-20 galvanized roof hatch 36×30″. We also installed 8″ box gutters at the roof transition to the lower roof and 24 gauge steel coping over the membrane at parapet walls.
