For the roofs on the house and detached garage, we installed a 24 gauge standing seam metal roof system in SentriClad Metal (color: Slate Gray) with 16″ wide panels and 1.5″ tall snap lock seams. The metal has a 20 year Kynar paint finish.
We also installed Andrews Roofing’s Rapid Rain 56X Gutter System, new 5″ x .032 textured aluminum gutters and new 3″ x 4″ x .025″ textured aluminum downspouts in white.
