This house in Sand Bridge, Virginia Beach, VA was a full renovation project. We installed algae-resistant, fiber glass asphalt architectural shingles on the high main roof. On the high radius roof and on lower small roof areas, we installed a 24 gauge steel standing seam panel system. The large walkable deck in the rear and the small walkable deck in the front of the home have mechanically attached white TPO membrane roofs, Firestone roof drain mat, and Firestone sky pavers to provide a light-weight alternative to brick or concrete pavers. This walkable roof paver system is made 95% of recycled tires.
