Removed and disposed of existing built-up roof with gravel using large crane and street closure by Spivey Rentals. Mechanically attached 1.5 inch poly-iso board insulation with an R-value of 9. Fully adhere 60 mil white TPO membrane single-ply roof system. Installed metal coping.
