Andrews Roofing installed a durable, energy-efficient roofing system for Longhorn Steakhouse near Chesapeake Square Mall. For the flat roof sections, we used Duro-Last 50 mil white single ply membrane roofing, known for its energy efficiency, UV resistance, and low maintenance. Its reflective white surface helps reduce cooling costs, making it a practical choice for commercial properties. These roofing systems are custom fabricated for fewer seams and better leak protection. Made from recycled materials, they also support green building initiatives for the eco-conscious business owner.
A curved metal roofing system was installed over the entryway, adding a modern, dynamic touch. Seamless gutters, downspouts, and conductor heads were also integrated for effective water management and aesthetic consistency.
