This is a large commercial flat roof in Grafton, VA which protects a Big Lots retail store. This roof is over 500 squares (50,000 sq ft) in size. We removed approximately 250 tons of pea gravel roof ballasts during the process of retrofitting this building with a new roof. Mechanically attached white TPO roof system (Genflex).
