New construction, single-family in East Beach neighborhood, Norfolk. Home-a-rama for North Shore Construction. Installed synthetic roof underlayment and a KYNAR finish 24 gauge steel, standing seam metal roof system. This is a high wind rated system. We also installed flat sheet metal face down on soffit areas to give pleasing aesthetics. These were open soffits (overhang). This is a custom-built home. View of dormer.
