This commercial project has two types of roofing on it. We installed an algae resistant, 30 year architectural fiberglass asphalt shingle on the mansard structure of the building. Also, on the flat/low slope section, we installed Genflex single-ply white TPO membrane, mechanically attached. The flat roof has a 15 year, no-dollar limit, non-prorated workmanship and material warranty from Genflex Roofing Systems. This is a business office in downtown Suffolk.
