This commercial high-rise office building is in downtown Norfolk. Retro-fitted this roof with new mechanically attached TPO membrane roof system directly over top existing black E.P.D.M. (ethylene propylene diene monomer (M-class) rubber) roof system. E.P.D.M. is commonly referred to as a rubber roof and has taped or glued seams.
