Project Description:
Roof replacement. We removed the old roof. Then inspected the wood decking and replaced damaged or deteriorated roof sheathing as needed. Standard residential shingle roof tear-off with drip edge, eliminated gravity/box vents and installed new ridge vent, new plumbing pipe collars, flashed heat stacks and all appropriate flashings at sidewalls and headwalls. Customer chose CertainTeed Landmark Max Def Espresso architectural shingle roofing with a lifetime limited warranty, architectural shingle roofing. The install included approx. 6,800 sq ft.
