Installed new CertainTeed™ Shangle Ridge cap shingles on all hips and ridges. Eliminated 8 static roof vents using “Smart Plug” closures. Installed 2 new power roof ventilator. Installed new “Ultimate Pipe Flashing” collars on 4 vent pipes. Provided appropriate flashings at sidewalls and headwalls. Provided CertainTeed™ Lifetime Limited Material Warranty, and a 10-Year workmanship warranty from Andrews Roofing Co.
