Because we select roofing & gutter materials from only the very best manufacturers and install them exactly in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications, the following warranties are available:

New Roofs or Total Roof Replacements

Product manufacturers, depending on the type and grade of roofing materials selected, provide limited material and labor warranties from one to fifty years. These warranties will be discussed with you during the selection process to ensure you are comfortable with the terms.  Furthermore, Andrews Roofing provides workmanship warranties for up to ten years for total roof replacements.

Roof Repairs

For all repair work, we follow manufacturer's specifications and will work with you to resolve all of your roofing repair needs, regardless of whether or not we installed the roof. We can assist with trouble-shooting a leak, performing major repairs or completing general maintenance to enhance the life and performance of your roof.

Gutters
