This is a large retail/office building near Chick’s Beach area of Virginia Beach, VA on Shore Drive. We removed existing ballasted E.P.D.M. roof system, mechanically fastened existing poly-iso board insulation and mechanically fastened a new white TPO membrane roof system with new metal drip edge and coping, skirt metal, counter flash metal. Also, reflashed all penetrations in roof such as pipes, vents, curbs, AC curbs, pitch pockets, range vents, parapet walls. Also made miscellaneous authentic terracotta leak repairs.
