Project Description:
We completed a flat roof replacement for this Starbucks shell, providing a durable and energy-efficient solution. We installed R-30 polyiso insulation for optimal thermal resistance and a 1/2-inch DensDeck cover board for added durability and fire resistance.
The roof system features a 60 mil TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane, mechanically fastened for secure attachment. TPO roofing offers excellent weather resistance, UV protection, and energy efficiency.
To ensure proper water management, we installed 24-gauge metal coping, along with conductor heads and downspouts. This comprehensive system provides long-lasting protection and reliable performance.
