Location: Chesapeake, VA 23322
Roof Size: Main house was 31.33 sq, Det. Garage and Pool House were 24.66 sq for a total of 56 sq
Project Description:
This roof replacement project took place on both the main home and the detached garage and pool house, creating a seamless consistency across all structures. The Owens Corning Duration® architectural shingles are specially formulated on a TruDefinition® color platform that gives them dramatic contrast and dimension, in a wide range of popular colors. In addition to their striking appearance, they are rated Class 3 for impact resistance and are designed with triple layer protection in the nailing zone for superior holding power. A critical feature for homes in severe weather and hurricane prone areas like the cities of Southeast Virginia.
On the main home we also installed new 5” Englert 56x seamless aluminum gutters from our RapidRain™ gutter system line as well as 3×4” corrugated aluminum downspouts. This high-capacity system keeps rain and debris off the roof and away from the home for its longevity and safety.
Coupled with the unique appearance of the TruDefinition® architectural shingles, this home’s reroofing project gave it the sophisticated, high-end curb appeal it deserves.
