Roof replacement for 31 buildings which varied in size from 3 – 5 units per building. The Vistas at Hillpoint Commons community. We removed the old roofs. Then inspected the wood decking and replaced damaged or deteriorated roof sheathing as needed. Standard residential shingle roof tear-off with drip edge, eliminated gravity/box vents and installed new ridge vent, new plumbing pipe collars, flashed heat stacks and all appropriate flashings at sidewalls and headwalls. CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles in Weathered Wood were installed with a lifetime limited warranty, architectural shingle roofing.
